I recently had to visit due to an infection. I had an emergency extraction followed by bridge work. As a nervous patient I always leave the practice thinking “why was I nervous?”. Mark has a way of making you feel relaxed and settling any tension and anxiety. He is meticulous in his work and now that my treatment is complete it’s hard to tell where my bridge starts and ends, the results are flawless. The extraction process which I was dreading was straight forward, no pain at all. Nothing is too much trouble. I honestly would not trust any other dentist/practice with my teeth. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming and the treatment rooms are immaculately clean. I have been with the practice now for over 10 years and the service has always been caring, exceptional, professional.
I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. All staff in the practice are professional and greet you with a smile. I have always had a fear of the dentist, but after meeting Adam he immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and I am delighted with the results. For anyone considering it, go for it, Adam is a perfectionist and will give you the smile you always wanted.
Charlotte is very welcoming and friendly and always puts you at your ease. Most recently, she has helped me with my braces. Despite my initial concerns, she has guided me through every step of the process with a positive and encouraging attitude. I would definitely recommend St Pauls Dental Care Centre to others.
